Addition for related expenses

After determining the guidelines support to be paid, the court may order the parents to pay other expenses for the child in addition to child support.

Any such expenses will be paid by both parents equally.

Expenses that must be added to child support include childcare costs and uninsured health-care costs for the child. It is in the court's discretion to add expenses for education and travel expenses.
